Feasibility Study for KPCC’s 11-Acre Parcel

The Kaua’i Philippine Cultural Center (KPCC) is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Feasibility Study to evaluate the development potential of an 11-acre parcel adjacent to its facility in Līhu’e. This project aims to thoughtfully develop the site to honor Kaua’i’s rich cultural heritage, foster inclusivity, and enhance the educational and social programs offered by KPCC. The study will explore optimal uses for the land, propose phased development plans, identify potential community partnerships, and outline sustainable revenue opportunities. By aligning new developments with KPCC’s mission, this project will contribute to long-term growth for the center and create lasting benefits for the greater Kaua’i community.

Complete Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM HST, January 17, 2025. Proposals must be submitted via email to kpcc2020@gmail.com with the subject line: RFP 2025-FS-KPCC. Applicants are responsible for confirming receipt of their proposals before the deadline. Proposals may be modified prior to the submission deadline.
